Wonder Girls

First encounter them when I was in San Francisco eating my Thai curry with another galley steward. The shop owner was so gaga over them that his shop tv was playing their concert 24/7. First I saw my steward colleague stopped eating and his eyes were glued to the tv and curry dripping all over. I turned over and check it out what the heck is on the TV...next is my turn with curry dripping all over....soon the whole shop's customers.....Just came back from Seoul, EVERYWHERE IS WONDERGIRLS. Kind of rekindle my child hood memories when Japanese group SPEED rules haha. WonderGirls Group leader Min Sun Ye particularly caught my attention.

;ok this place is call the RAMEN STADIUM. Top chefs from all over Japan will gather for Ramen competition every few mths. The top 20 will get to sell their ramen here for a time limit before the next competition is up. But I feel this is a tourist spot. When it is for tourist, usually every penny spent might not get u the best in return. Thus i did not try as I always look out for joints where the locals crowd go to. Just like us, do we go newton to eat? Later 1 ramen i kana charge $300. LOL

;spotted the monster beetle from far. Cant miss cos it is so huge. The more and more popular HUMMER H3, originaly designed for the US ARMY operations in the middle east war. Now commercialised. HK actor Jordan Chan got a very nice army green one. Selling in Singapore for 0ver 200k. Crazy to pay a 200k car that cant fit into our carpark LOL (ps i didnt notice got someone inside the car, I snap until very happy then he walk out , diao)

I am particular impressed by this joint. SF should know hahah. This is the concept of this ramen joint. One of the top 5 under my list hehehehe. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE OIL. IT IS AUTHENTIC RAMEN SOUP BASE. ( Aj*S*n is crap )

Fukuoka March 2009

Always heard that Fukuoka is more backward as compared to Osaka and Tokyo, slower in pace and more "village". I was WRONG till I done this superb 4 days pattern in Fukuoka. First, Japan sectors had always been 1 nite stay but due to flight cancellations, we had the opportunity to enjoy 2 nites in Japan. Second, SAKURA is in season! Third, Fukuoka is a superb makan and shopping paradise. Lastly, this is the station I spent the most money at one go since I joined the airlines. haha , 2 days $350 damage in shopping and makan LOL...

First day, no time wasted, PARA PARA SAKURA, by the way this is just a random jogging park HAHAH IMPRESSIVE

My motivation

She is my red bull,coffee O,energizer battery,caffein,alarmclock,carbohydrates in life to help me push on in this job. Amsterdam will be one of our destination :)

I AMsterdam 2009

Amsterdam, famous for its red light district and legal drug scene, to me is a 24hour city that never rest. Party joints, pubs, coffee joints, food mostly are 24hours to cater to the party animals. No problem with food, no problem with language, a good city for holiday but still, I will choose Athens and Rome ahead of Amsterdam ;D
